1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong products only.

2. Customers must share an unboxing video for verification.

3. Refund will be processed and credited within 5–7 working days with your original payment method after approval.

4. Customized or used products cannot be returned.

Cancellation Policy
